Hostetler Builders is a 3rd generation family owned business operated now by father and sons, Daniel, Austin and Landry Hostetler. Dating back to 1958, The Hostetler family passion for building was started by Daniel's father, Syl Hostetler, and was known as Syl Hostetler Construction. Overtime, the business has been owned and operated by all of Syl's children and evolved into what is now Hostetler Builders.
We have a passion for building quality custom homes and providing you with the best home building experience. When working with us you can expect from the first drawing to the final touch, to be guided through each step of building process to create your dream home. Attention to detail and personal service makes us unique from other builders and we understand that quality and craftsmanship are essential components to any successful project. MEET THE TEAM
Senior Advisor- Technical and Construction Oversight
DANIEL HOSTETLER
Daniel has been building homes for over 30 years and is in the process of handing the responsibility for the family business over to his son’s, Austin and Landry . While Daniel does not have plans to retire, he is taking on more of a mentor role and will be helping on job sites as needed.
Draftsman and Project Manager
AUSTIN HOSTETLER
Austin has a background in mechanical engineering and spent 5 years designing and managing the development of injection mold die casts for Honda. In 2019, Austin left Honda and joined the family business. His experience at Honda has served him well as the draftsmen and project manager for Hostetler Builders. Austin is responsible for drafting drawings and managing the project from excavation to drywall.
Project Coordinator and Estimator
LANDRY HOSTETLER
Landry also has a background in mechanical engineering and spent 5 years designing and managing the development of fuel systems for Honda. In 2023, Landry left Honda and joined the family business. Landry is responsible for managing project schedules and project estimates/budgets.
Project Finishes Manager
KEVIN BEITZEL
Kevin is a master of trim carpentry. He worked as a trim carpenter for 10+ years prior to joining the HB team in 2026. Kevin gets involved in our projects at the drywall phase and is responsible for the finishing touches.
Interior Designer
TIFFANY SPLITT
Tiffany graduated from The University of Akron with a degree in interior design. She joined HB in 2026, bringing 9 years of residential and commercial design experience to the team. Tiffany assists with floor plan design and guides clients through the interior and exterior design selection process.
